I want to report a serious concern with Depot & Center's device that I purchased on February 5, 1992 from your Lucianobury, Washington store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ashly S., but my issue remains unresolved.

The situation with Depot & Center has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customer support plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-744FDCEC multiple times.
