On June 8, 1998, I signed up for Ethical Rights Partners Bradford Enterprises's technical assistance at their West Keyon, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $617.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Heidi X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I've received an email from Mary Jackson at Ethical Rights Partners Bradford Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The meal delivery was clearly defective from the start.
