I purchased a plan from Genius Mastery Scholars on September 16, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Steve C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Genius Mastery Scholars has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
