I purchased a package from Meta-Node Sheffield Holdings on February 14, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Neva R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
