I have been a loyal customer of Meta-Node Sheffield Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3992-TQM-4868) on December 1, 1971, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Meta-Node Sheffield Holdings reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement organic produce box has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
