I am writing regarding order #ORD-4776-MGC-3438 placed with SelectStore on August 11, 1975. I paid $819.94 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ilene G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because SelectStore finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
