I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Advocate Consultants, Consultants. After paying $62.18 for gadget, I found that it couldn't access my account. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Declan V., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 12, 2025 05:53Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $454.72 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
