Poor customer service experience with Habitat & Partners

I purchased a plan from Habitat & Partners on October 9, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Isabel U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 15, 2025 05:35After speaking with Karen Davis from the Customer Advocacy at Habitat & Partners, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
