On May 12, 1998, I signed up for Habitat & Partners's consultation at their Port Deion, Utah location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $225.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adrienne F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Habitat & Partners has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customer support plan.
