I purchased a gadget from Law Partners Group on August 27, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Keyshawn L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 24, 2025 05:43Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $329.80 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
