I want to report a serious concern with Law Partners Group's membership that I purchased on March 9, 1981 from your West Brooklynville, Iowa store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Pasquale M., but my issue remains unresolved.
