I have been a loyal customer of FusionCode for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-6945-ECW-7558) on August 5, 2013, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
