I want to report a serious concern with Eats & Catering Group's platform that I purchased on August 25, 2011 from your Kunzestad, Alaska store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Raquel I., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Eats & Catering Group called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
