I purchased a unit from Eats & Catering Group on September 16, 1979. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vivienne K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with Eats & Catering Group has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the priority service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-DC33E31C multiple times.
