On August 7, 2006, I signed up for Contractors Bros's troubleshooting service at their North Lauryborough, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $210.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Berneice T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
