I purchased a software from LifeDoctor Inc. on March 25, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bertram A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
