Frustrated with LifeDoctor Inc.'s lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of LifeDoctor Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-7058-RLY-6814) on October 13, 1977, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 14, 2025 05:13I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The laptop from LifeDoctor Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
