I am writing regarding order #ORD-4280-UEZ-9282 placed with Consulting, Consulting & Counsel on May 12, 2019. I paid $755.59 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Queenie W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
