I have been a loyal customer of The Harmony Vitality Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-4572-SRV-3879) on February 27, 1995, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
