On June 7, 2006, I signed up for BalanceMed Glasgow Ltd.'s warranty service at their Laviniabury, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $367.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Margie D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
