I want to report a serious concern with Classic Ventures's platform that I purchased on October 17, 2019 from your New Tom, Wisconsin store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Regan E., but my issue remains unresolved.
