I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Goods Zone Enterprises. After paying $943.71 for membership, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Anna I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 23, 2025 05:47Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $452.56 refund only covers part of what I paid for the personal shopping service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
