I'm writing to complain about the support package I received from Appetite & Restaurants. After paying $125.44 for system, I found that it couldn't access my account. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Wyman I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Appetite & Restaurants, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my jacket. This is extremely frustrating.
