Warranty claim denied by Appetite & Restaurants

I want to report a serious concern with Appetite & Restaurants's service that I purchased on June 30, 1995 from your Murazikbury, New Mexico store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Martine D., but my issue remains unresolved.
