I am writing regarding order #ORD-4510-CLJ-1089 placed with Consulting & Firm on August 29, 2023. I paid $320.92 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abner L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
