Misleading advertising by Spot Avenue

On October 27, 1976, I signed up for Spot Avenue's training session at their Aiyanafurt, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $89.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zella U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
