I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Keith F., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Development & Management Enterprises reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement blender has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
