I want to report a serious concern with Development & Management Enterprises's appliance that I purchased on October 6, 1977 from your Owenmouth, Arkansas store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Braden H., but my issue remains unresolved.
