I am writing regarding order #ORD-4551-AVJ-5308 placed with Authentic Spice on September 28, 2017. I paid $724.56 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darian S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
