I am writing regarding order #ORD-1632-SFT-1410 placed with Authentic Spice on October 19, 1979. I paid $46.23 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Odie U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 23, 2025 05:21I want to acknowledge that Authentic Spice has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $167.79 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $167.79 for a formal shoes that never worked properly.
