Poor customer service experience with Authentic Spice

I purchased a product from Authentic Spice on July 6, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jerald F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
