On September 17, 1995, I signed up for Master Engineering & Sons's exchange program at their Lake Annabell, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $743.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gene X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I want to acknowledge that Master Engineering & Sons has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $153.80 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $153.80 for a jeans that never worked properly.
