Quality issues with Master Engineering & Sons product

On October 21, 1996, I signed up for Master Engineering & Sons's troubleshooting service at their Altaland, California location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $436.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Caleigh J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
