I have been a loyal customer of Emporium & Exchange Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-6459-KVS-2257) on May 5, 1998, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Taylor Thomas at Emporium & Exchange Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
