Misleading advertising by Emporium & Exchange Enterprises

I have been a loyal customer of Emporium & Exchange Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-6459-KVS-2257) on May 5, 1998, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 24, 2025 06:05I've received an email from Taylor Thomas at Emporium & Exchange Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
