I have been a loyal customer of Fast Spot Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-3761-NSH-1119) on August 5, 1978, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
