I am writing regarding order #ORD-1083-ESX-5385 placed with Craft Bros Goiânia on March 12, 1990. I paid $711.13 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Imelda W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The cookware set from Craft Bros Goiânia not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
