I am writing regarding order #ORD-4837-GFZ-3311 placed with Craft Bros Goiânia on October 17, 1971. I paid $697.52 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Garnett N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
