I purchased a account from Genius Training Learning on November 6, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Coleman T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Genius Training Learning finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the fitness tracker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
