I purchased a plan from Genius Training Learning on January 16, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lue J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
