Unresolved issue with HyperPulse Naples product

I have been a loyal customer of HyperPulse Naples for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-4011-TLH-7150) on May 20, 2011, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
