On October 10, 2016, I signed up for HyperPulse Naples's maintenance program at their Lake Amani, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $350.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marianna N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 18, 2025 06:09Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $349.42 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
