I purchased a membership from Robo Logic on September 3, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Henriette Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
