I purchased a device from Healthy Chef Delights on November 18, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vincent T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 10, 2025 06:08I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from Healthy Chef Delights not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
