I purchased a device from Healthy Chef Delights on November 18, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vincent T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from Healthy Chef Delights not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
