Overcharged by Prime Living Regina Group for service

On April 29, 2019, I signed up for Prime Living Regina Group's warranty service at their East Dustin, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $109.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emma F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
