On April 29, 2019, I signed up for Prime Living Regina Group's warranty service at their East Dustin, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $109.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emma F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Prime Living Regina Group, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my kitchen knife set. This is extremely frustrating.
