I am writing regarding order #ORD-5745-ICW-6096 placed with Study Scholars International on March 2, 2008. I paid $351.38 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jovan L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Study Scholars International contacted me to troubleshoot the jeans. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
