I am writing regarding order #ORD-5745-ICW-6096 placed with Study Scholars International on March 2, 2008. I paid $351.38 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jovan L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 07, 2025 05:34After my initial complaint, Study Scholars International contacted me to troubleshoot the jeans. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
