Summit Advancement College London Enterprises refused to address issue

On February 13, 1976, I signed up for Summit Advancement College London Enterprises's consultation at their New Boydbury, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $90.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Braxton J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
