I am writing regarding order #ORD-7411-YNK-8484 placed with Smart Shoppe on May 3, 1974. I paid $923.62 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mason D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 29, 2025 05:25Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $177.93 refund only covers part of what I paid for the installation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
