Overcharged by Smart Shoppe for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3067-PHM-8154 placed with Smart Shoppe on February 20, 2008. I paid $810.41 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Domingo E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 23, 2025 05:18Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $59.79 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
