Quality issues with Smart Shoppe product

I want to report a serious concern with Smart Shoppe's service that I purchased on October 1, 1993 from your North Aliyahbury, Ohio store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ilene M., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 24, 2025 06:07I want to acknowledge that Smart Shoppe has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $34.60 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $34.60 for a sweater that never worked properly.
