Delayed delivery from Best Goods Surabaya

I want to report a serious concern with Best Goods Surabaya's device that I purchased on June 28, 2011 from your Hayesbury, Iowa store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Elise M., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 19, 2025 06:08I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from Best Goods Surabaya not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
